Some people deal with these challenges by seeking a safe place to let their guard down and just be via therapy and if you are on this page because that is your desire, Welcome! My hope is that by taking this first step in the journey, you will begin the process of making time to show up for yourself. In therapy, my role is not to tell you what to do, but instead to establish a therapeutic partnership with you to develop a unique plan that enables you to achieve your goals and to be your best self. My expectation is while you and I are working together, you feel seen, heard, and valued. My areas of passion and expertise include trauma, life transitions, grief and loss as well as Christian counseling. My therapeutic approach is an integrative and client-centered approach incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Creative and Narrative therapies, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. I offer free 15 minute consultations to determine if you and I are good fit for each other. **Appointment requests are reserved for consultations. After the consultation I will discuss availability and scheduling.**
